WARRANTY

Hot Shot Leather uses quality materials in all aspects of production. By doing so we can create a high quality end product that will endure years of love and use. We stand by our products and workmanship.

 

We will repair or replace any defects in our products due to a material or workmanship issue at no cost to you other than shipping.

 

We will repair or replace broken or consumer damaged pieces at a nominal rate when available.

Lost conchos and hardware are not covered under warranty. Please check and tighten your hardware regularly!

Proper storage and care will keep your items looking beautiful for years to come.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We are sorry but at this time we only provide domestic sales and shipping. Please check back with us as we expand our options in the future!

 

How do I place a custom order?

 

To place a custom order please fill out the contact form above or send us a message via Facebook or e-mail. From there we will finalize all design and pricing details as well as payment terms.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

You can cancel your order of regular, in-stock items at anytime before it ships. Once it has shipped all new, unused products can be shipped back to us within 5 business days and a refund of the purchase price will be given upon receipt of product. No refunds will be given on shipping. No refunds on used or damaged products.

Because of the individualized nature of custom orders we are not able to take returns or cancellations on them. 

Care

 

Regular cleaning and conditioning of leather products is necessary for them to maintain their moisture and suppleness. Excess dirt and debris will dry out leather and cause it to crack and exposure to water and high humidity will compromise leather and stitching quality. Store items in a clean, dry area out of direct sunlight for best longevity. 

 

Maintenance

Please check your products regularly. Check for loose screw backs on conchos and Chicago screws and tighten. Look for any areas of excessive wear or any rips or tears in the leather that could cause a malfunction. As stated in our warranty policy we will repair manufacturing defects at no charge and we can also repair customer damage for a nominal fee dependent on the nature of the repair. Loss of conchos or other hardware is not covered under warranty.
